Attention Dan Main Road Travelers: Weather permitting, there will be no thru traffic on Dan Main Road Monday and Tuesday, May 6th and 7th from 8am until 4pm, due to culvert pipe replacement. Residents will be able to access their home by utilizing the appropriate end of Dan Main in respect to the location of their home and the portion of road that will be closed. We apologize for the inconvenience while we make road improvements.

Public Hearing

The Town of Norwich Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on October 2, 2023 at 7:00pm at the
Town of Norwich Town Hall, 157 County Route 32A, Norwich, NY 13815 to hear public comment on the
following application:
Norbut Solar Farms proposes to construct a 9.1MW(AC) solar facility consisting of two nominally distinct
but two contiguous sites located on the Upper Ravine Road Tax Parcel-147-1-8.1 in the Town of
Norwich. The proposal includes subdivision of an overall +/-251.3-acre parcel to create a 143.9 acre
project site parcel.
Norbut Solar Farms is seeking Subdivision Approval, Site Plan Review Approval and approval of the SEPF
(special use) permit.
