PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: CLOSURE OF BIN 3350780 BRIDGE ON COUNTY ROAD 32 OVER JOHNSON CREEK On Monday, June 30, 2025, the Chenango County Department of Public Works will close BIN 3350780, a bridge on County Road 32, between County Road 33 and Dan Main Road, in the Town of Norwich. This closure will be in place from the stated date of closure until finished, for the repair of the bridge from recent storm damage. This closure will remain in effect until Bridge repair is complete. There will be no on-site detour. The traveling public is asked to seek alternative routes. TO CONSIDER ADOPTING A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW

Local Law Number 1 of 2025

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a local law has been introduced in the Town Board of the Town of Norwich amending Local Law #2-2015 for Dog Licensing and Control in the Town of Norwich.

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing upon said proposed law will be held at the Town Hall, Norwich, New York on the 30th day of December, 2024, at 10:00AM, and that an opportunity to be heard in regard thereto will then and there be given to those favoring passage of such proposed law and also to those opposed thereto.

A copy of said proposed Local Law is on file at the Office of the Norwich Town Clerk, 157 County Road 32A, Norwich, New York, and is open for inspection during regular Office hours.
