PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: CLOSURE OF BIN 3350780 BRIDGE ON COUNTY ROAD 32 OVER JOHNSON CREEK On Monday, June 30, 2025, the Chenango County Department of Public Works will close BIN 3350780, a bridge on County Road 32, between County Road 33 and Dan Main Road, in the Town of Norwich. This closure will be in place from the stated date of closure until finished, for the repair of the bridge from recent storm damage. This closure will remain in effect until Bridge repair is complete. There will be no on-site detour. The traveling public is asked to seek alternative routes. Public Notice

The Town of Norwich is soliciting bids for floor mat service needs located at the Town Hall 157 County Road 32A. 

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Sealed bids will be accepted Thursday, September 19th through Tuesday, October 1st at 3:00pm.

The Town Clerk’s Office is located at the Town Hall and is open Monday – Thursday, 10:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.  If the Town Clerk’s Office is closed, sealed bids may be left in the drop box.

The bids will be publicly opened at the Special Board Meeting held on Wednesday, October 2nd at 10:15am, at the Norwich Town Hall 157 County Road 32A.
