PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: CLOSURE OF BIN 3350780 BRIDGE ON COUNTY ROAD 32 OVER JOHNSON CREEK On Monday, June 30, 2025, the Chenango County Department of Public Works will close BIN 3350780, a bridge on County Road 32, between County Road 33 and Dan Main Road, in the Town of Norwich. This closure will be in place from the stated date of closure until finished, for the repair of the bridge from recent storm damage. This closure will remain in effect until Bridge repair is complete. There will be no on-site detour. The traveling public is asked to seek alternative routes. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Town of Norwich

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Norwich will hold a Public Hearing on May 12, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Norwich Town Hall, 157 County Road 32A, Norwich, New York regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Town of Norwich and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications.

A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the

Town Clerk’s office, 157 County Road 32A, Norwich, New York.  At such public

hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.  Written and oral statements will be

taken at that time.  Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary.
